Pepper Ridge neighbors that use a lawn service: we may have a deal for you! McDonald Lawn and Landscaping Contractors currently maintains our community common areas and is offering the Pepper Ridge community a weekly mowing discounted rate of $25 for end units and $20 for center units.
We need only 10 homes to sign up to get this discount!
The weekly service includes:
- Manicured lawn mowing to property line.
- String trimming to areas not accessible by mower.
- Edging to concrete surfaces.
- Blowing grass clippings off of hard surfaces.
