We hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather. As we head into fall, we need to address some community items.
Annual Dues
We thank everyone who submitted their 2023 dues. 2024 dues are now being collected, and we need to improve on last year’s 32% participation rate to be in good shape to pay for common area maintenance and snow removal in our community.
Dues are $40 per household, payable by cash, check, or credit card.
- For credit card payments we use Cheddar Up, a secure, PCI-compliant platform trusted by 100,000+ groups and nonprofits. Cheddar Up does not store any financial information but instead sends it securely to its payment partner Stripe, which processes billions of dollars annually using Transport Layer Security. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Click this link to start the secure online payment process.

Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting will be on Tuesday, September 26 at 6 p.m. at D-Fit located on Mermaid Blvd. State Representative Michael Ramone will be attending and light refreshments will be served.
